Willa Cather was born on December 7, 1873. She was grew up in Nebraska and graduated from University of Nebraska. She lived in New York most of her adulthood and writing career. She was an American author who achieved recognition for her novels of frontier life on the Great Plains. Cather was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for One of Ours (1922) in 1923.

Publication Blurb

My Ántonia was first published in 1918. It is considered one of the greatest novels by American writer Willa Cather. It is the final book of her "prairie trilogy", the others were O Pioneers! and The Song of the Lark.
